Nikhilesh Kumar Agrawal is the founder of Nijyo Online Services Private Limited. And Business Consultant in Franchise India Brands Limited.
He holds a Bachelor’s degree from Agra University.
He is a visionary and an experienced sales professional. He has experience of over 23 years in the field of sales.
He started a sales job in 'Reliance H.R. Services Private Limited' as 'Sr. Business Development Executive' in Agra and found employee's problem, exploiting them in organization. Prior to Nijyo Online Services Pvt Ltd, he was running MCX & NCDEX Brokerage Business successfully in New Delhi.
He is student of SMMART Training & Consultancy Services Private Limited, (True School For Entrepreneurs) Mumbai, since 2016. He is very conscious about day to day problem in our life and provides solutions.
'NIJYO' is a small step to resolve a problem in the beginning of his carrier thats why Nijyo is a 'Perpose Driven Cultural Organization'.

He is involved in the formation of company’s growth, strategic action plan, management and overall execution .

He is presently engaged in exploring possibilities for technological innovation of our Company’s business and has been responsible for adapting our Company’s business model to suit the changing market conditions.

Jyoti Agarwal is a Co-Founder in our company. She is a one of the promoters of the Company. She holds a Post graduate degree in Social Science from University of Bundelkhand. She supports Mr.Nikhilesh Agrawal every moment and every step.
